Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NetWords, a daily word-puzzle game available at networds.app (the “Service”), operated by Titus Whang (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NetWords provides a daily word puzzle and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google account through our sign-in provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13) to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Pro subscription. NetWords Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly), which may include a free trial. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically at the end of each period and your payment method is charged the then-current price.
Palettes. Colour palettes may be offered as one-time purchases. They are not included in the Pro subscription.
Billing. Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy and may change for future periods.
Cancellation. You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through the subscription-management link we provide; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, honour refund requests; contact us at tituswhang0930@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or play the Service;
reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its security;
resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or
use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its puzzles, design, and content, is owned by Titus Whang and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may share your own results (such as the score-sharing feature) as the Service allows.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The Service displays advertising (Google AdSense) and relies on third-party providers for sign-in, payments, and hosting. Your use of those services and any advertised content is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or websites.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
