One person reads all of this, and it's me.
I'm Titus Whang and I make NetWords on my own. There is no ticket system: email lands in one inbox and I answer it.

The most useful kind of report. Puzzles are generated automatically, so a bad anchor
word, an acronym or a name that slipped the filter, reaches the board without any
human seeing it first. Send the puzzle number from the address bar
(networds.app/?game=26) and the word, and I can trace it exactly.
Or two that clearly should and don't. Some are known artefacts and the FAQ covers them. Others are new, and I can't tell the difference until someone reports one.
What you did, what happened, what you expected. Browser and phone-or-computer roughly halves the time to a fix, and a screenshot beats a description.
A subscription, a palette purchase, a refund, a payment that didn't go through. Include the email you used at checkout. Never send card details; I don't need them and this site never handles them directly.
Access, correction or deletion of account data. The Privacy Policy covers what's stored and what your rights are, and email is how you use them. Most NetWords data lives in your own browser, so clearing site data answers a lot of these, but ask anyway and you'll get a real answer.
This isn't a full-time business, so replies take a few days rather than a few hours, and longer in a busy week. Every message from a real person gets read. Bug reports with enough detail to reproduce the problem get acted on fastest, because reproducing it is the part I can't do without you.
Email is the only channel; there is no phone number or postal address.
